Shipping fees
SHIPPING VIA COLISSIMO OR DHL TO MOST DESTINATIONS
Shipping fees will be communicated to you before the final validation of your order.
Additional taxes and duties may apply upon delivery and are entirely the customer’s responsibility.

Order processing
✔ Once your order is placed, we will send you an email confirming that we have received it.
✔ All orders are subject to a credit card approval process. Orders are shipped only after this verification is completed.
Note: this may affect the delivery time.
✔ When your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email and a delivery notification email.
✔ You will receive a DHL or COLISSIMO tracking number, depending on your choice, shortly after your order is placed.
Shipping process
✔ Our packaging is simple and efficient, meeting the requirements of international delivery services that demand strict packaging standards, allowing them to offer advantageous shipping rates.
✔ We often ship our baskets compressed, as shown below. This does not damage the basket thanks to its high durability.
✔ We encourage you to wet them thoroughly, reshape them, and let them dry in the sun or in a dry, well-ventilated area. You may refer to the images available on our website or our pages.
Delivery times
Average delivery times for orders shipped via DHL: around 7 business days.
For orders shipped via COLISSIMO, please allow 2 to 3 business weeks.
Documentation / Customs Duties
For customs purposes, all shipments will include a complete declaration of the products contained in the order.
LIONNES DE LA TÉRANGA cannot and will not take responsibility for any customs fees, VAT, or other charges upon the arrival of the package in your country.
